I had a lovely stay at this resort nestled in the hills, surrounded by beautiful tea gardens. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, although they were quite cold during my visit. The service was excellent, with staff going out of their way to help, particularly Bikram, Gorango, and Kapil. However, the dining options were somewhat limited, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it offers great value for money.
